Our intrepid hosts fresh off a long ride from Delhi to Goa hit the waves at Mandrem Beach. Led by the charming Kaat Vanderstappen, a Belgian girl who’s learning how to Kite-surf in Goa, the two get into the act: standing tall on the paddle boards facing the ocean with cool determination only to fall to their knees, and then face down in the ocean.
