One of the biggest updates on the fourth-generation model includes a refreshed design with revamped front and rear bumpers and an updated Skoda grille.

The engine line-up consists of two 1.5-litre TSI petrol engines, each also available with mild-hybrid technology, two 2.0-litre TSI petrol engines with improved power figures, and two 2.0-litre TDI diesel units. Output figures range from 114bhp to 262bhp.
The familiar 10-inch Virtual Cockpit with enhanced functionality and the head-up display remain available. Both car screens feature reworked graphics.
The Octavia facelift will also get an AI-based ChatGPT chatbot at a later stage. It will be integrated into the Laura voice assistant as standard.
A new Attention and Drowsiness Assist safety feature now uses a wide range of data and parameters to assess driver behaviour. In addition, the updated Octavia comes with up to 10 airbags.
