Toyota has taken the wraps off the new Camry, which features a heavily refreshed design but rides on the same TNGA-K platform as the outgoing model.
Toyota has heavily reworked the Camry, with signature design elements carried over from the Prius and Crown sedans. The most prominent change is the slimmer C-shaped LED headlights.
However, move towards the side profile and it looks identical to the outgoing model, reinforcing its shared underpinnings.
The centre of the dashboard features a new 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The Camry offers standard 18-inch multi-spoke black-finished alloy wheels on SE grades and standard 19-inch multi-spoke black and smoke gray-finished alloy wheels on the XSE.
Toyota has also re engineered the front seats of the Camry, offering better support than the outgoing model.
The Camry hybrid powertrain uses a 2.5L naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder engine that comes mated to a Li-ion battery pack and a pair of electric motors. Combined power output stands at 225PS.
The all-wheel-drive option with the Camry bumps up the power output from 225PS to 232PS.
