Nissan has updated one of its most popular crossovers, the Qashqai, with the 2024 model year bringing a heavily refreshed design, new features and efficient powertrains.
The new Qashqai features an heavily-updated front fascia. The changes include a larger radiator grille with triangular chrome elements, The triangular elements are also extended to the new LED DRLs that are integrated within the new sleeker LED headlights.
Changes at the rear are relatively minimal since the Qashqai continues with the conventional tail light design as opposed to the ubiquitous connected units.
The new Nissan Qashqai comes packed an updated set of alloy wheels. The lower trims come with 18- and 19-inch alloy wheel options while the top trims can be specced with 20-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, Nissan has added an updated touchscreen infotainment system along with a few trim changes. Speaking of the infotainment system update first, its popular bird’s eye view now features a 3D view that showcases the view around the car from eight different angles.
As a part of the update, its digital instrument cluster also packs updated layout in the sport mode.
Since the Qashqai shares its underpinnings with the outgoing model, it continues with its impressive cabin space and practicality.
With the 2024 Qashqai, Nissan retains the innovative e-power self-charging hybrid system with the crossover. It features a variable-compression three-cylinder petrol engine, which is there to feed charge in the 1.8kWh battery pack.
