Bengaluru-based electric medium and heavy truck manufacturer, Tresa Motors, has appointed Vinod K Dasari as the Chairman of its Board. Leveraging Dasari’s extensive experience from roles including CEO of Royal Enfield and CEO/MD of Ashok Leyland, Tresa Motors aims to tap into India’s burgeoning e-commercial vehicle market and explore global opportunities.

The core technology in Tresa’s trucks is its Axial Flux Motor, FLUX350, delivering up to 350kW continuous power. Founded in 2022 by Rohan Shravan and Ravi Machani, Tresa Motors excels in industrial design, electric powertrain, and battery technologies. It is currently developing electric trucks in the 18T-55T GVW segment, with the unveiling of its Model V0.1 on July 3, 2023, followed by an official product launch in the second quarter of FY2024.
Tresa Motors, propelled by its Axial Flux Motor technology, FLUX350, aims to lead the shift towards electric trucks, providing innovative and eco-friendly alternatives to traditional diesel trucks.
