Auto parts supplier Uno Minda has launched a range of automotive filters for commercial vehicles in collaboration with Roki – a Japanese automotive filtration equipment producer. The range includes air filter, oil filter, and fuel filter – priced from INR 121 and available at all online and offline retail stores. The company says that these filters have been manufactured with highest industry standards to block fine particles, improving performance and reducing wear and tear of engine components.
The air filter has been designed to safeguard the engine against impurities while the fuel filter screens out dust and dirt particles and water content from the fuel which can have adverse effects on the fuel injection and engine components. The oil filter carries out the task of reducing wear and tear caused by impurities in engine oil. These three filters work in tandem to extend engine life, reducing fuel consumption, and providing a more comfortable driving experience.
Uno Minda says that all these filters have been designed as per Indian road conditions in order to withstand the challenging driving conditions in the country. The entire line of new automotive filters is available for all makes and models of commercial vehicles. The filters have been made in controlled manufacturing facilities in India using imported advanced filtration paper. They have been tested extensively for their durability and performance.
The company said that it has launched these automotive filters to address the pain points of commercial vehicle owners. The most common problem is clogging in vehicle’s engine which can cause damage to costly internal components, leading to engine losing its power, consumption of more fuel, and higher levels of pollution. “Therefore, to solve this problem, we have introduced superior quality commercial filters in the aftermarket in association with Roki Japan. We are confident that our new range of filters will not only meet or surpass customer expectations but also increase the general efficiency and lifespan of their vehicles,” said Anand Kumar, Head of Product and Strategy, Aftermarket Domain, Uno Minda Ltd.
