Siemens Digital Industries Software has been selected by Tianneng Battery Group Co to utilize the Siemens Xcelerator software portfolio for driving innovation and digital manufacturing in new battery production. Tianneng, a significant player in China’s battery industry, will leverage Siemens’ solutions such as Teamcenter for Product Lifecycle Management, Opcenter for Manufacturing Operations Management, and Simcenter for virtual simulation and testing.
With this collaboration, Tianneng aims to establish a state-of-the-art benchmark factory for lithium batteries, enhancing its quality-focused approach. Siemens’ support will extend to fostering workforce development in digitalization, strengthening the foundation for Tianneng Battery’s intelligent manufacturing strategy.
