Royal Enfield enters the pre-owned motorcycle business with a self-owned initiative, that benefits both buyers and sellers in the market. The initiative promises to offer a seamless experience to new and prospective buyers of Royal Enfield.
Under the program, Royal Enfield will offer complete brand assurance that includes a guarantee of fair price, easy transfer and documentation. The pre-owned motorcycle service is currently available in 5 cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai.
The Royal Enfield Reown program can be accessed via both online or showroom walk-in mediums. All the bikes lised on Reown go through a 200+ checkpoint inspection, leaving the buyer rest assured of quality and authenticity. Prospective sellers can book the inspection via the online website. In addition, Royal Enfield also offers brand warranty and two free services with the pre-owned motorcycles.
Speaking of other benefits, customers who sell their bike to Reown will be entitled to purchase accessors worth INR 5,000 free of cost with their new Royal Enfield motorcycle purchase. For those who exchange their old motorcycle for a new Royal Enfield offering, the brand assures its customers of a seamless experience and assured right value as per market standards.
To deliver on its promise of offering a seamless experience, Royal Enfield has also collaborated with HDFC and IDFC to offer attractive finance options and Adroit Auto to offer doorstep vehicle inspection. In addition, parter Shriram group will facilitate upgrade from other two wheeler brands while OLX will enable easy discovery and accessibility of certified pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles.
