This innovative feature seamlessly integrates an AI Assistant powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP), enabling users to initiate the fueling process remotely using voice commands, without the need for any physical interaction.
The integration of the AI Assistant into the app’s functional flow allows users to effortlessly activate the voice assistant from the home screen, state their vehicle and preset refuelling amount, and let the AI handle the rest. The NLP technology comprehends user commands with ease, making the experience intuitive and hassle-free, while also marking a significant step forward in the evolution of AI-driven solutions for the automotive and payments industries.
Ongo’s voice-controlled fueling feature not only simplifies the refuelling process but also enhances overall user satisfaction and efficiency. Earlier this year, Ongo initiated a pilot test program for an open loop Contactless fuelling solution on its app, onboarding more than 1,000 fleet vehicles. With the estimated market potential for fleet fueling alone standing at a staggering Rs 1.6 lakh crore annually, Ongo’s innovative solutions are poised to disrupt the industry and cater to the evolving needs of both individual users and fleet operators.
