Mobileye Appoints Moran Rojansky as CFO

Mobileye, which spun off from Intel last October, boasts partnerships with prominent automakers like Volkswagen and Porsche.

Self-driving tech firm Mobileye Global has appointed Moran Rojansky as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Anat Heller who stepped down for personal reasons in June.

Steering Towards Stability

Rojansky, aged 43, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having been part of the Israel-based company since 2016, and she most recently held the interim finance chief position. She previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

U.S. shares of Mobileye saw a 1.5% uptick in premarket trading as the announcement came through.

Continued Guidance

Anat Heller will continue to support the company as an advisor to the finance department and senior management, according to Mobileye.

Strong Industry Collaborations

Mobileye, which spun off from Intel last October, boasts partnerships with prominent automakers like Volkswagen and Porsche. Recently, it inked an agreement with Polestar to integrate its autonomous driving tech into some of the Polish company’s electric vehicles.
