Lamborghini unveils Huracan STO SC 10° Anniversario celebrating 10 years of Squadra Corse

Taking inspiration from the Lamborghini SC63 race car, the Huracan STO SC 10 Anniversario model wears a special two-tone livery. It uses  Verde Mantis (green) and Nero Noctis (black) colours combined with a tricolour band running across the ‘cofango’ and roof of the car.

Speaking of other details, both doors of the special edition boast “Squadra Corse 10° Anniversario” celebrating the success of its motorsport division, which includes three consecutive GTD class wins in the 24 Hours at Daytona and more than 50 titles overall in the GT3 category. The Squadra Corse logo is featured on the rear fin, extending from the airscoop to the opposite edges of the rear hood.

As part of the package, the Huracan STO SC 10° Anniversario also carries a special carbon fibre performance body kit. It includes a Rosso Mars (red) stripe that runs through the entire bodywork, lending it a sporty exterior look.

Moving on the inside, it features specifically selected trim pieces for track use. For instance, its sports seats are upholstered in Nero Ade (black) Alcantara with Verde Fauns (green) stitching. Furthermore, the seats are fitted with four-point seat belts, and an aluminium roll bar to protect the car’s occupants in case of a crash or rollover. Additionally, it also carries a carbon fibre floor covering and a carbon fibre plaque covering placed on the rear firewall.

Since the Huracan STO SC 10° Anniversario is the first-ever road-legal supercar developed by the Squadra Corse team, it carries ample aerodynamic changes for superior track performance. Its bonnet carries two new carbon fibre flicks, which work together with the rear wing. The rear wing sits 3 degrees higher than the production-spec model, thus offering increased downforce at either end of the car.

In addition, the mechanical grip has also been enhanced thanks to a new set of racing-derived shock absorbers. For added personalisation, its dampers are four-way adjustable with rebound/compression for both high and low frequencies. It also runs on new tyres developed in collaboration with Bridgestone, featuring a new compound that ensures optimum performance and durability.

On the powertrain front, the Huracan STO SC 10° Anniversario carries the same powertrain as the road-going Huracan. However, Lamborghini has added the Akrapovic titanium exhaust, which enhances the sound of its Sant’Agata Bolognese V10.
