Hyundai India launches 10-day nationwide customer connect program

Hyundai Exter has received 100,000 bookings since its market launch in July.

Hyundai Motor India has launched a 10-day nationwide ‘Smart Care Clinic’ – a customer connect program offering discounts on after sale services. The program has already begun across 1,500 service centres and will go on till November 29. Customers can avail special year-end offers and benefits on mechanical parts and labour, wheel alignment and balancing, and dry wash, among others.

Customers can avail a free 70-point vehicle checkup, 10% discount on mechanical parts, up to 20% discount on mechanical labor, 15% discount on wheel alignment and balancing, 20% discount on interior and exterior beautification, 20% discount on dry wash, among others. The company says that dry wash will help in reducing water wastage while giving customers a chance to contribute towards building a greener tomorrow.

Hyundai says that the customer connect program is aimed at encouraging car owners to maintain their vehicles by carrying out regular servicing. Often people make delay in getting their vehicles serviced, leading to deterioration in the health of their vehicles. “Hyundai has always been a customer-centric brand offering unmatched after-sales experience while keeping sustainability at its core,” said Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India.

To make the campaign exciting, the company has come up with lucky draw prizes where more than 1,000 customers will get a chance to win rewards on each day of the program.

The company says that the year 2023 has been a milestone year for it with “overwhelming” response for the Exter and Ioniq 5. The former has received 100,000 bookings since its market launch in July while for the latter model, the company has sold over 1,000 units so far since its launch in early 2023. The Korean carmaker’s current line-up in India includes 13 models spanning SUVs, EVs, sedans and hatchbacks. These include Grand i10 NIOS, i20, i20 N-Line, Aura, Exter, Venue, Venue N-Line, Verna, Creta, Alcazar, Tucson, Kona Electric and Ioniq 5.
