New Delhi: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced a game-changing move in the industry by launching the ‘Extended Warranty’ & ‘Extended Warranty Plus’ programs for its BigWing customers.
As a special introductory offer, the first 10,000 new vehicle purchasers will be enrolled in the Extended Warranty program at zero cost. This offer is applicable for the first 10,000 new H’ness CB350 & CB350RS customers, starting from 8th August 2023, on a first-come-first-served basis. This initiative not only redefines the premium segment but also establishes a new industry benchmark, ensuring unmatched benefits and ultimate peace of mind for customers.
Under the ‘Extended Warranty Plus’ program, customers have the flexibility to opt for coverage within a window ranging from 91 days to the 9th year from the date of vehicle purchase. This program offers a comprehensive 10-year warranty coverage and allows renewal options that remain transferable even in case of a change in ownership. With a focus on cost-effective ownership and vehicle longevity through regular maintenance, the program aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
The core of the ‘Extended Warranty Plus’ program lies in its comprehensive coverage, safeguarding critical high-value engine components, mechanical parts, and electrical components. Customers are presented with three tailored options: a 3-year policy for vehicles up to the 7th year, a 2-year policy for vehicles in their 8th year, and a 1-year policy for those in their 9th year. These options extend coverage up to 1,30,000 kilometers for all H’ness & CB350RS motorcycles.
