Geotab, a global leader in connected transportation solutions, and Rivian, an electric vehicle automaker, have announced a partnership to deliver an integrated data solution for Rivian’s commercial vehicles in North America. The collaboration unveiled at the Advanced Clean Transportation Expo, will leverage embedded telematics in Rivian’s commercial vehicles to seamlessly integrate vehicle data into Geotab’s MyGeotab platform.
Through this integrated solution, fleet managers will have access to a unified and easy-to-use dashboard, enabling them to view and analyse key insights to optimise fleet performance and improve mobility. The partnership aims to address the connectivity needs of fleets by combining Rivian’s embedded telematics and Geotab’s fleet management services.

The integrated solution will enable fleets to improve productivity, compliance, and safety while reducing costs and maximising uptime, ultimately boosting profitability and increasing efficiency. With no additional hardware or installation required, the solution promises a seamless integration process.

The integrated telematics solution will be compatible with all commercially connected Rivian vehicles in the United States, offering a comprehensive fleet management solution tailored to the needs of electric commercial fleets.
