Banerjee, known for his illustrious career spanning over three decades with prominent stints at CEAT, Marico, and Berger Paints, brings a wealth of experience to his role. A distinguished alumnus of Harvard Business School, IIM Kolkata, and IIT Kharagpur, Banerjee also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Certification.
Banerjee’s journey at CEAT began in 2005 when he joined as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, gradually ascending to the role of COO in 2018. His leadership has been pivotal in driving growth and navigating complexities within the competitive tyre industry. In another strategic move, the board has approved the appointment of Praveen Pardeshi as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 17, 2024.
