C4V, the U.S.-based Li-Ion battery technology company, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindalco Industries, focusing on the development and supply of Battery Grade Aluminium foils, Coated Foils, and structural components for Li-ion cells. This strategic collaboration aims to cater to the burgeoning market for electric vehicle (EV) battery materials.

Under the terms of the MoU, Hindalco is set to provide C4V with up to 2,000 tons of battery foil over a five-year period.
