American Battery Factory (ABF), a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cell manufacturer, has joined forces with Honeywell to integrate advanced automation and process safety solutions in its new gigafactory situated in Tucson, Arizona. The massive 2 million square feet facility, upon completion, will become the largest gigafactory for producing LFP battery cells in the United States.
