New Face

Both the updated 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban SUVs feature a new front fascia. The revised profile includes the new LED headlights, which fall in line with the recently updated Chevrolet truck range. In addition, both SUVs also feature updated tail lights, front and rear skid plates and 24-inch alloy wheels option. With the update, Chevrolet has also added two new colour options — Cypress Gray and Lakeshore Blue Metallic.

Tech-savvy interior

The new Tahoe and Suburban SUVs feature an updated interior design that is said to feel airier and more spacious. Part of the changes made to the cabin include a redesigned centre console with more storage space, a repositioned wireless charging pad, a new steering wheel design and more premium interior decor and trim options depending upon the variant you pick.

Furthermore, the instrument panel is now placed lower, aiding the visibility from the driver’s seat. Both SUVs now also feature an all-new 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that’s paired with an 11-inch digital driver’s display.

More powerful diesel engine

Both the new Tahoe and Suburban SUVs come with the second-gen 3.0L inline-six Duramax diesel engine. The new engine offers 305PS of power and 671Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 10-speed torque converter automatic transmission that channels power to all four wheels.

Chevrolet has also enhanced the NVH levels through the generous use of sound-insulating materials inside the cabin. Like before, both SUVs continue to offer a 5.3L petrol V8 and 6.2L petrol V8, the latter is reserved for the higher variants. It is worth noting that the new diesel engine will go on sale in 2025.

Chevrolet has also improved the ride and handling balance of both SUVs thanks to a few tweaks to the suspension and steering calibration. Both SUVs come with adaptive air suspension which adjusts automatically with respect to the load and also scans the road surface 1000 times a second and adjusts the damping rate for utmost comfort and precise handling.
