TVS Moto Soul 3.0 — A tale of motoring extravaganza

In the heart of the vibrant and tropical paradise of Goa, automotive enthusiasts and adrenaline junkies came together for the TVS Moto Soul 3.0. This year’s edition was nothing short of a spectacle, with the unveiling of the new 2024 Apache 160 4V and an impressive showcase of custom-designed Ronin motorcycles.

TVS updated the 2024 Apache 160 4V with more power and dual-channel ABS. Like the last edition of the Moto Soul, TVS showcased a range of customised Ronin motorcycles, which were designed in collaboration with international custom motorcycle designers. Alongside the Rajputana Customs-designed Brat and Smoked Customs-designed Reoma, TVS also showcased the factory custom Ronin Bobber, finished in an alluring dual-tone green shade.

The festival, which has become a centrepoint for fellow TVS motorcycle owners and enthusiasts, wasn’t just about unveiling new models but was a celebration of the spirit of riding. Attendees were treated to a sensory feast that extended beyond the product announcements and partnerships.

One of the highlights of this year’s Moto Soul was the captivating live performances that had the audience on their feet. The stage was set on fire by the musical prowess of Farhan Akhtar and Ritviz, adding a rhythmic dimension to an already electric atmosphere. The beats resonated through the humid Goan air, creating a musical backdrop for the thrilling events that later unfolded.

For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the festival did not disappoint. Freestyle stunts and dance face-offs left spectators in awe as performers pushed the boundaries. The air was filled with the smell of burnt rubber and the cheers of the crowd as stunt riders started their surreal dance on two wheels, or one in some instances, leaving an indelible mark on the memory of every onlooker. What boosted the spirits further was stunt tutorials given to the attendees, helping them brush up their riding skills under the supervision of expert stunt riders.

Beyond the entertainment, Moto Soul served as a platform for market launches, and strategic collaborations. TVS Motor Company used the occasion to announce a strategic partnership with Alpinestars, the leading supplier of motorsport safety gear. This collaboration marked a significant step forward in enhancing rider safety, as TVS unveiled its range of cutting-edge riding gear designed in collaboration with Alpinestars, which will hit the market early next year.

Amidst the sea of excitement, the Apache RTE race bike emerged as a focal point of the racing revolution. I had the privilege of diving deeper into the intricacies of this racing marvel with Babu Rengarajan, the R&D head of TVS Motor Company. His insights illuminated the engineering brilliance behind the Apache RTE, showcasing the EV-specific platform and multiple nuances of the cutting-edge electric drivetrain.

The festival was not just about the roaring engines and announcements but about the community that shares a profound love for the open road. Track activities such as flat track races, slow races, and stunt tutorials ensured that the thrill of Moto Soul wasn’t confined to the stage but echoed throughout the landscape. The event was a testament to the unbridled passion that binds riders together, transcending the mechanical aspects of the sport.

In the world of TVS Moto Soul, the love for motorcycles is not just a hobby; it’s a way of life and as TVS likes to call it, it’s a feeling.
