Kia has updated the Sorento SUV in the US with a mid-lifecycle design refresh, new features and an offroad-specific X-Pro variant.
The updated design of the Sorento now falls in line with the EV range of Kia, featuring the Star Map LED lighting.
The side and rear profiles of the Sorento three-row SUV remain largely unchanged.
The new Sorento features a curved glass, which includes a 12.3-inch driver instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The 3-row Sorento offers captain chairs in the middle row with individual armrests for optimum comfort and support on the go.
In addition, the new Sorento offers a streamlined cabin featuring horizontally-placed AC vents and controls.
The Sorento X-Line offers a centre locking differential, which compliments the multi-terrain modes.
The mild-hybrid powertrains of the Sorento will go on sale in the coming months while the plug-in-hybrid option will join the lineup in 2025.
